Peanut had been asking for them since early Feb but it really became a daily occurrence about 2 weeks ago. So, we asked mom and dad to come down for a weekend visit. It was a hard trip for mom, but I hear it was worth it! Peanut did not want to leave their side the entire weekend and was soaking up all of the love, hugs, kisses, and doting! Not to mention all the fun the 3 had with the Little People's Zoo!
The weekend zipped by and Sunday was here all too quickly. Peanut had to say goodbye to Mimi and Papa as we left for church in the morning and he cried until we got down the highway -10min! They decided to come to the church in between services to say goodbye again and we decided to snap some pictures of the 3 of them. 15 min of playful photography and they were gone again. On Tuesday we head off to California for 9 days and Bubba will complete his Grandparent Tour! We will see Nona, Aunt Jamie, Uncle Kieth and Aunt GG, Grandma and Grandpa Jennings, Aunt Kayla, Paga and Maga & the entire Fresno crew! We are so excited to see all of our family in California. It has been years for a lot of them and some are meeting Peanut for the very first time! Expect lots of wonderful pictures when we get back at the end of the month.
ps. Even Mommy got to sneak in a picture and a kiss with my bubs!!! Be still my heart!
